Ramallah – the international system's integrator and developer "ITLAQ Technologies" recently signed an agreement with the USAID and MOJ administrated by the DPK consulting "Netham"  to implement and develop a Document Management and Archiving System based on SharePoint 2010, Nintex Workflow 2010 and ITLAQ's SharePoint integrated solutions.

The system will automate, manage and archive all the ministry's documents workflows, customer services centers operations, internal messaging and corresponding, faxes "through ITLAQ e-fax solution", current papers archives and external communications with the others PNA institutions.

The system will be a multi-lingual web based solution which will allow us to connect our offices in the west bank and Gaza strip's cities; easily, efficiently and securely, "Said Mrs. Huda Wahidi the ministry ICT manager".

ITLAQ has been chosen for its long experience and excellent reputation in the IT world and specially in document management and archiving field, we are happy and looking forward to run the system in the ministry and integrate all of its operations and workflows; to help manage and adjust all our procedures for the best interest of all the citizens in Palestine. Finally; the project will expect to take about three months of implementation, customizing and developing, and will consider a challenge for ITLAQ to complete it and launch it for production in this little period of time.
