In its intensive efforts for developing the governmental entities in Palestine; CHF signed a significant contract with ITLAQ technologies for developing the MoLG Web Portal.

The portal will act as intermediate tool between the MoLG and Local Governments, Municipalities and citizens. It will be integrated with many of the ministry internal applications and databases, to provide all necessary information for all the entities mentioned. Also the portal will provide a free web publishing area for all LGs that don’t have enough resources to provide and interact with these technologies alone.

The portal will provide GIS information, Budgets information, Local Governments Database, Projects Database and web tools for designing the LGs internal pages.

CHF International is a non-profit international development organization acting as a catalyst for long-lasting positive change in low and moderate income communities around the world, helping them improve their social, economic, and environmental conditions. With funding provided by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).

The Entire project expect to launch at the end of September, 2009.
