The engineering e-Archive system will contains all the maps, location plans, ownership certificates, building licenses, city infrastructure documents and many more of a very important documents that need to be keep safe from lost, said the city engineer "Musa Jwayyed". We have a very large number of records and documents estimated to be more than three million, filling an archive space area for more than 1000 square meter. These documents are old, very important and we can't offer to lose them because of any natural or unnatural causes, and the best way is to transform them into an electronic form and store them into our "DMAS" which has been implemented and supported by ITLAQ; said Mr. Jamal Al-Taweel "The Mayor of Al-Bireh City"

Prior to the second stage of e-Aarchive implementation, an intensive analysis phase has been implemented and performed through a very solid experience consultation services, for studying, sorting, restructuring and re-engineering the current paper's engineering archive of Al-Bireh City; said AbdulFattah Khalifeh "Records Management and Archiving Consultant".

This stage is expect to take about two months of implementation and development with intensive training for the municipality's engineering department staff, and expected to take about three years to complete transforming the paper archive into e-Archive.
